JPDS online: what are the advantages?

In this day and age, information is power and a physician can empower himself with digital information obtained from academic journals. When given a task to prepare a lecture, write a case report, and review current literature for a research assignment, one can easily access credible information from academic journals and databases. The “old school” style of spending the whole day at the library to retrieve valuable scientific information from print copies, has now been replaced by the convenience of a laptop, a tablet, a smart phone, and an internet connection.
