The Philippine Association of Medical Journal Editors

The Philippine Association of Medical Journal Editors (PAMJE) successfully conducted its first Annual Convention at the Pan Pacific Hotel Manila last March 16, 2019 with the theme, Journal Editing and Management 101. The conference was attended by journal editors, peer reviewers and librarians from different medical journals and societies. Many relevant topics were covered including the role and competencies of editors, editorial board and peer reviewers, management of manuscripts (from workflow to publication), and the importance of using reporting guidelines, among others.
